Strikes in Belgium are causing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels.

Ongoing strike activity within the Bpost network—particularly impacting distribution centers in Brussels—continues to disrupt the processing and movement of mail and parcels, resulting in delays across affected regions. While blockades have recently eased and operations are beginning to resume, significant backlogs remain after weeks of disruption, with full recovery expected to take up to two weeks. Bpost and union representatives are continuing discussions, and while progress is being made, delays may persist until normal operations are fully restored.
