STRIKE AVERTED
Although Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) did not reach an agreement at the deadline, CUPW has decided to postpone going on strike for the moment.
For customers delivering to Canada consumers outside the Canada Post delivery network, APC will reactivate the Canada Post delivery solution for all services effective immediately.
At this time, the union has decided to tell workers to refuse overtime instead and are evaluating what their next move will be. While it is best not to speculate on what the next few days or weeks will produce and regardless of the ongoing talks, APC continues to deliver your orders without interruption.
